Anuncio: Handson management of all aspects of project/support engagements, including but
not limited to:

  • project communication (contact with several different demanding management level clients)
  • scope (hundreds of applications currently supported with very frequentscope negotiations)
  • scheduling (hundreds of enhancements and incidents delivered on a monthly basis with challenging SLAs)
  • quality standard and risk mitigation (demanding SLAs and escalationindicators)
  • cost and resources (~ 25 FTE team) in a very dynamic matrix environment.
  • Available to work in São José dos Campos at least 3 days a week (moving to São José dos Campos in the future is a possibility but not mandatory)
  • Travel to the US may be needed (moving to the US is a possibility but notmandatory)
